We are happy to introduce our new website, now designed to facilitate access to resources shared by Cochrane and to promote more active participation from the community.

With this objective in mind, we have made it clearer how to participate in Cochrane's activities and projects as an author, professional, or student, with a dedicated section. Likewise, we are creating a volunteer network open to anyone who wants to explore Cochrane's training material, learning first-hand how to read and produce a Cochrane systematic review, helping us create blog posts, research summaries, and other essential resources.

Renewing our commitment to involving citizens and patients in every phase of healthcare research, we have created a dedicated page on the website and are developing resources to explain fundamental concepts about research and medical practice in a way that is accessible to everyone. This allows us to promote greater awareness and understanding of the importance of scientific evidence in the healthcare decision-making process.

Aiming to become a hub and support community for Cochrane groups in Italy, we have updated active groups for the year 2024 and are working to achieve this goal. In this way, we can support local groups in their activities while strengthening our presence in Italy.
